€3.1 m growth capital for technology leader in supply chain security
CargoGuard GmbH, based in Munich, reports the conclusion of an extremely successful financing round with four new investors: BayBG Bayerische Beteiligungsgesllschaft, LBBW venture, FBcon and M-Investar. At the same time virtually all of the old shareholders, including High-Tech Gründerfonds and Bayern Kapital are increasing their shareholdings. We were very pleased that the Schenker Deutschland AG presented - amongst other things - the CargoGuard system at this year's packaging trade fair FachPack in Nuremberg. DB Schenker offers the CargoGuard RauBox under the name Security Box as a reusable high-tech transport container for high value products and security sensitive shipments.
